Bridge Street Market has adopted policies that govern our collection and use of personal information and we expect our team members to comply with these policies. We are accountable for complying with these policies and will take reasonable and timely steps to ensure compliance. Personal information is information about you that is not publicly available and can identify you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.  Squarespace also serves as our a website analytics provider and uses the information to learn about site traffic and activity.  Other website analytics providers also receive and use the information for analytics purposes.

We do collect personal information consisting of the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and information that customers volunteer, such as survey information and the information provided to enter a sweepstakes.

We may collect your name, mailing address and/or other contact information as part of our Promotional Programs. You may choose not to provide this information, but then you will not be eligible to participate in the applicable Promotional Program.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. For information about viewing the cookies dropped on your device, visit the cookies Squarespace uses. 

We use third-party service providers to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on the Sites. From time to time, we may use your personal information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post changes to this Policy on our Site to notify you of these changes. We may also share your personal information with our affiliates.  If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner. In such a case, your information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.

What About the Privacy Rights of Children?

Just like you, we're especially aware of children's privacy issues. We know that parents are justifiably concerned about their children's activities online and what's being done with the information they reveal. Some browsers have a "do not track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

If you block or delete cookies, not all of the tracking that we have described in this policy will stop.

Social Network Widgets and Ad Operations

We use social network services for advertising and marketing.  We may also use their sharing widgets.
